Q:  What is a Zero Gravity Massage Chair all about?

A:  It has to do with the recline position the chair can assume. The position mimics the posture astronauts take during liftoff on space missions. Because astronauts endure intense and sudden increases in gravity while escaping the Earth's gravitational pull, it's important that they position themselves so that their bodies can deal with the increase in stress. Q: Is there any setup for the chair?

A:  Most of our chairs require very little set-up and the set-up that is needed is not complicated and easily done in a matter of minutes.

Q:  How will I know if my order has been processed?

A:  You will receive a confirmation email, confirming all the details of each transaction. This email will contain information about items purchased, the amount charged, as well as all shipping and billing information.

Q:  How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A:  Customers may expect to receive their order 2-3 weeks after receiving the confirmation email from us.  We strive to process your order immediately.  Once we have confirmed shipping information from our manufacturer, we will notify you so you can track you

Q:  What is your Return Policy?

A:  Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase. All items must be in original packaging and in original condition. Due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted if the items are in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the freight charges on returned orders. Please double check your order to ensure accuracy before completing the checkout process. Once our manufacturer has received the return, they will send a replacement or you will receive a credit on your credit card minus a 15% re-stocking fee, if applicable.

Q:  What should I do if my order was damaged in shipping?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the items delivered have obvious signs of damage, please refuse the shipment and it will be sent back to the manufacturer. Once our manufacture has received the return, they will send a replacement or you will receive a credit on your credit card. Since each situation is different, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Q:  Do you ship outside the continental United States?

A:  Yes we do; however, additional shipping charges will apply.  Please contact us for a shipping price quote.

Q:  How will my order be delivered?

A:  Regular shipping is curb-side delivery.  The shipper will call to setup an appointment before delivery. We suggest having at least two people available to help unload the shipment.  We highly recommend White Glove Service for the ultimate deliver experience.
